You can think of OneDrive for Business as an extension of your local hard drive in the cloud. By always having a synchronized copy of your files saved to the cloud you can access them from anywhere on any device.

No matter where you log in to your Office applications, you can easily access recent documents you’ve worked on. You can also access and edit your documents online by logging in to your account from a browser.

With OneDrive for Business, you can easily share documents with co-workers or external business partners with a click of a button.  At any time, you can revoke access to the document by just disabling the sharing link.

Having documents saved to OneDrive enables you to collaborate and co-author documents in real-time, from anyplace and on any device.
